It is possible to cancel or to reschedule at least 48 hours before an appointment. To do this, you should use the link on the confirmation email that you received after booking online. If we arranged your session in another way, you can notify me by email (guy@heartfulhealing.co.uk), as long as it’s more than 48 hours before the appoinment.
Full refunds will be issued (minus any transaction charges incurred, depending on the method of payment/currency) for cancellations made more than 48 hours before an appointment. Alternatively, you could reschedule for another time, using the link in your confirmation email.
What If I Am Not Able To Give 48 Hours Notice (e.g illness)?
Fortunately, the Body Code is all about wellness, so it’s actually beneficial to continue when ill. If you are too ill to attend the call, the session will still go ahead, but in your absence. If you are able to let me know what you’d like to work on, then I can focus on that. Otherwise, I can either continue with any work that we’ve already started, or clear imbalances focusing on your general good (which may well be the most beneficial way to work anyway). You will be sent the notes at the end of the session.
What If The Session Needs To Be Cancelled By Heartful Healing?
I am not often ill, but when it happens, things are less straightforward. The work can go ahead unhindered if you are ill, but this is not possible if I am, and it will be necessary to reschedule the appointment. Sometimes, there may be a little wait before the next one is available. This is unfortunate, but unavoidable, and fortunately, it is not common. If it ever does happen, I will endeavour to give as much notice as possible, though in exceptional cases, this may not be a lot.
